Leadership development is the core business of 3H3 Leadership.  Our philosophy, though, says that you can not develop leaders in a way that is detached from what an organization or community does - its mission & strategy - or from the organization or community culture.  3H3 Leadership offers services that span and connect these three fields.

Leadership Development

The core organizing principle for 3H3 Leadership is servant leadership.  The Servant Leader recognizes that he or she is a part of something bigger than himself or herself, and that job one is the empowerment, support and development of the people he or she leads.

Culture

Culture trumps strategy.  Strategy is built on observations and assumptions, both of which can change.  Strategy can also give us a false sense of confidence in future outcomes.  When the flaws of any given strategy emerge, on what does an organization or community rely to maximize the potential success in an unforeseen opportunity or to minimize the potential catastrophe in an unforeseen risk? Culture.
