Servant Leadership
Mission first, people always. If there is one core organizing principle for 3H3 Leadership, it is servant leadership. The Servant Leader recognizes that he or she is a part of something bigger than himself or herself, and that job one is the empowerment, support and development of the people he or she leads.
Develop
If we’re talking, it’s to inspire commitment and action or to prompt reflection. Otherwise, we believe strongly in learning by doing. Leadership development through 3H3 Leadership is highly experiential, with emerging leaders actually practicing their craft. We will work with you to connect those development experiences to the strategy and culture of your organization or community. 3H3 Leadership will map or audit your existing leadership development efforts and help you identify areas of need.
Inspire
We believe in the power of the narrative to connect your emerging leaders emotionally with the empathy that sits at the core of servant leadership. 3H3 Leadership provides speakers and facilitators both to inspire your emerging leaders to develop as servant leaders and to create the conditions for your emerging leaders to reflect – individually and collectively – on their responsibilities as servant leaders.
Support
3H3 Leadership is aggregating and synthesizing all of the best research on the impact both of servant leadership and of a high-functioning, values-based culture. Where data does not exist to measure impact, 3H3 Leadership will compile and analyze that data. We research and analyze with the goal of supporting the widespread and long-term adoption of servant leadership principles. Where we can, 3H3 Leadership will drive a broad, mutually supportive network of servant leaders.
